$8 million throughout the United States.

PROPERTY TYPES: Multifamily, Office, Industrial, Retail

 

TERM: Investor, Up to 10 Years Owner-User, Up to 25 Years 

AMORTIZATION: Up to 25 Years 

 

INTEREST RATES: US Treasury Rate + 2.00%

LOAN TO VALUE: Up to 65% 

LIABILITY: Recourse 

LOAN FEES: Typically 1% 

PREPAYMENT: Step-Down Prepayment Penalty

OTHER COSTS: Generally $10,000 - $25,000, plus legal
